Information
AcademicJustin is a 1982 graduate of Paul
D. Schreiber High School, Port Washington (LI), New
York. He earned his undergraduate degree from
the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1986 and his
law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1991.
Professional
Justin has worked as both a plaintiff’s and defense
attorney, handling many diverse types of legal claims
and actions including auto, trucking,
premises liability,
labor and construction law, products liability, medical
malpractice, public entity, discrimination and civil
rights matters. He began his career in a general
practice at Lowenberger & Gitter in Manhattan.
He then worked at Julien & Schlesinger, also in Manhattan,
as an associate plaintiff’s attorney. He then
became a staff trial attorney for the Law Offices of
Bruce A. Lawrence (in-house counsel to General Accident
Insurance Company)in Brooklyn and then a senior trial
attorney for the Law Office of Stephen M. Cohen, Lake
Success (LI), NY. He became managing partner of
the Melville (LI), NY office of Cruser & Mitchell, LLP,
a national law firm based in Atlanta, before relocating
to Charlotteand becoming a senior litigation attorney
with Ted A. Greve & Associates, P.A.
Bar Admissions
Justin is a member of the state bars in North
Carolina and New York as well as of the federal bar
in the United States District Courts for the Southern
and Eastern Districts of New York.

Personal / Social
Justin was born November 25, 1964 in Manhasset
(LI), NY. He has been married since 1994 and has
two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family,
sports and exercising, traveling, music and movies.
He also devotes time to performing volunteer work and
fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and
various local Charlotte charities. He was a member of
the wrestling team while at the University of Michigan
and has run the NYC Marathon three times.
