MarkBiographical Information
 

Mark is originally from Chesapeake, Virginia. It was in Portsmouth, Virginia that Mark first got an interest in the courtroom during a five year career as a police officer and later an auto theft detective. During his five year stay on the police department, Mark made numerous high risk felony arrests and received two departmental commendations, as well as various other letters in his file commending his performance. Mark resigned from the Portsmouth Police Department to attend law school.

After law school, Mark first practiced in Columbia, South Carolina in general practice. Later, he practiced in Little River, South Carolina. In 1998, he moved to Washington, North Carolina and become an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting crimes in that venue for approximately three years.

In January 2001, Mark moved to Charlotte to join the firm of Ted A. Greve & Associates, P.A. to work as a litigator. Currently, he practices litigation statewide in both North and South Carolina, primarily focusing in automobile and trucking collision cases and other tort litigation.

Mark is married to Dr. Dalia G. Simpson and has three children. He is a member of LakeShore Christian Fellowship in Tega Cay, South Carolina.
